There is a new commercial road in Juffair (Al Shabab Road) that houses many restaurants and retail outlets, such as McDonalds, Chilli's, Nando's, Asian Zyng, Dairy Queen, Hardee's, Starbucks, Abraj Grills, and Burger King etc. Near the entrance of Juffair, there is a building called Murjan Shopping Center that has a large supermarket, a restaurant, Post Office, and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf coffee shop.
Many bars such as The Black Cave or Club 360 are located in Juffair's American Alley.

Bahrain International Airport is an international airport located in Muharraq, an island on the northern tip of Bahrain, about 7 km (4.3 mi) northeast of the capital Manama. It is the hub airport for national carrier Gulf Air and was the hub for the now defunct Bahrain Air.
Expansion and refurbishment program was launched in the third quarter of 2006 which will see the creation of a new multi-storey car park and retail complex adjacent to the main terminal building. The expansion also includes a full resurfacing of the main runway, a new perimeter fence, state-of-the-art security systems and additional aircraft parking bays. Runway 12R/30L is mostly used as a taxiway.
In 2010, Bahrain Airport was named as the winner of the Best Airport in the Middle East Award at the Skytrax 2010 World Airport Awards.

Hospital
The Bahrain Specialist Hospital (BSH) is a comprehensive acute care medical center in the Kingdom of Bahrain. BSH is supported by shareholders from Bahrain,Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. It is directed by Chief Executive Officer Dr. Kasim Ardati, and was opened in October 2002. Dr. Najah Al Zayyani is credited with founding the hospital.
The hospital provides ten medical specialties, as well as psychiatric and dental care, nutrition and health sciences and plastic surgery. It has 83 private inpatientbeds, 12 day surgery beds and a six-patient intensive care ward.

Naval Support Activity Bahrain (or NSA Bahrain) is a United States Navy base, situated in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is home to U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and United States Fifth Fleet. It is the primary base in the region for the naval and marine activities in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and formerlyOperation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), to include when the latter was changed to Operation New Dawn (OND) until the end of the Iraq War. A former installation of the Royal Navy, it was transferred to the U.S. government in 1971. The commander of Navy Region Southwest Asia is responsible for NSA Bahrain and Camp Lemonnier inDjibouti. Navy Region Southwest Asia falls under the oversight of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command(COMUSNAVCENT). Vice Admiral John W. Miller, Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and United States Fifth Fleet.

Mina Salman Port 5 minutes
Mina Salman is a seaport located in Manama, Bahrain. Mina Salman was a natural harbour prior to the establishment in 1962 of the port covering 80 hectares. It is the primary cargo port and customs point of Bahrain. The port has 15 container berths, enabling it to handle 2.5 million tonnes a year.
